Day 1: Arrive in San Jose

Touch down in San José, the vibrant capital city of Costa Rica. After settling into your hotel, spend the afternoon exploring the metropolitan heart of the country. Day 2: Journey to Arenal

Day 4: Head to Monteverde

Day 8: Journey to Manuel Antonio

Continue your journey northwards through winding roads, passing through landscapes of coffee and banana plantations to Quepos village, which is the gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park. This world heritage site has some of the most beautiful, untouched Caribbean beaches of Costa Rica, touched by forests and mangroves. Spend the next several nights at an oceanfront lodge.

Day 9: Hike & Swim in Manuel Antonio

Experience an exciting nature trail that will guide you through beautiful emerald green forest trails in the tropical dry forest area. Trust me, this is one of the top 10 things in Costa Rica that I did.

On bordering riverine forests and forests near the sea and the rocky shores, one can meet monkeys, different kinds of crabs, hermit crabs, and perhaps even a sloth.
As for food, take water with you and enjoy swimming in parts that are not crowded, like beaches and beautiful bays, and admire the sights at sea all along.
Surf and turf: The humpback whales are easily visible off the coast from December to April even though these vast creatures are passing by. In the afternoon, take sprees and lie on sand beaches while watching pelicans soar in the sky.

Day 10: Farewell Costa Rica!

For departure, you should take a taxi, or any other means of transport to Juan Santamaria International Airport in Alajuela to start your departure flight. Leave with the impressions of the clouds and mists on the forests, shades and green of the tropic rainforests, jungles, and sandy pristine shorelines and with all the anchor, experience, and wildlife sightseeing adventures.
