This is the best tour to observe wildlife in Costa Rica. During this overnight tour you will sleep in Sirena Ranger Station, located in the heart of Corcovado National Park. There you will certainly, be able to admire the great biodiversity of the best Natural Park of the world, swim in freshwater rivers, observe an amazing sunset and sleep under the starry night.

Not recommended for women on pregnancy period, children under 7 years old, people with special physical conditions and elders over 65 years old.
Corcovado national park has a limit of people that can spend the night or hike during the day, please book ahead of time to save you a space.

Day One
The adventure begins: Drake to Sirena
The adventure begins at 6:00 am. with a wet boarding and a boat ride to Sirena, your trip will go along the lush Pacific coast for about 1.15 hrs. With some luck, it will be possible to spot marine life, such as turtles, dolphins or whales and marine birds.
The arrival time is estimated to be at 7.30 am reaching the Sirena´s black sand beach, once there your guide will take the group on way to the station facilities.
Once at the sirena station you will be able to leave the excess of luggage and then armed with cameras and enthusiasm the tour will continue and enter the rainforest.
Lunch
At 11:30 am. your guide will try to find a quiet place to have lunch, meanwhile it is key to remain alert and watching for an animal to make its appearance. The estimated time for lunch is of 30 minutes and afterwards go to the park station, to check in and have a break for about 2 hrs.
This is an strategic break, both to regain energy and to wait for tourists who take day trips to return and for animals that prefer slightly lower temperatures to appear.Between 2:00 and 2.30 pm your guide will start the journey again, new trails awaits you, rivers with natural pools or primary forest with giant trees. The walk ends after 3 hours, around 5 and 6 pm. To end the day your guide will have dinner with the group at the restaurant of the station, and have a recap to comment on the animals seen during the adventures lived.
Day two
The day starts early shortly before 5 am, the group will get ready to go out before dawn. The first hours of the day are cool in temperature which makes it perfect for some animals that rest when until the sun warms up. After walking for 2 or 2.30 hrs the group will arrive at the station for breakfast at about 7.30 am. You will have time to rest after breakfast, check out and go back into the rainforest to finish the excursion with a walk of approximately 2.30 or 3 hrs. At mid day we take the boat to return to Drake Bay.
